Fortitude Strengthens Futures
Fortitude offers free eight-week programs designed to teach critical life skills, along with an introduction to the construction trades. Each cohort will consist of 300 hours - 120 in “Life Mastery” (interpersonal communication, relationship management, financial literacy, and career services) and 180 in Trades Introduction. Participants will also obtain six industry certifications through their Fortitude experience: OSHA 10, Hilti Tools, Forklift, Boom lift, and Scissor lift - enabling our graduates to go confidently into the industry and begin their careers.

Since 2022, more than 100 young adults have completed the Build Program. Of those participants, 95% completed the program, and 72% secured employment, apprenticeships, or continued education within 90 days.

Come join us for one of our live “Exploring Construction Careers” events and meet experienced craftspeople in the trades. This half-day experience is designed for those interested in a construction career to experience what it might be like to work on a commercial job site.
