Nicole Davis - President

With a Corporate America/Wall Street career that spanned more than two decades, Fortitude Career Development represents a new professional direction for Nicole; one that is the manifestation of a lifelong desire to work with disconnected youth.

Nicole brings more than 20 years of volunteer experience in teaching life skills to youth and young adults from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Grace Powell - Secretary

Grace graduated From Berry College with a BS in Education and was a middle school teacher in Georgia. Grace joined Ryan her husband in building the family business with marketing, HR and customer service. Currently residing in Edgewood, WA, she seeks opportunities to serve others.  As mom to 4 boys, she is involved in the school parent association, Boy Scouts, and other youth-focused efforts. Grace loves travel, locally and internationally, which gives her a unique world view and shapes her vision to care for others generously. Ryan and Grace are charter supporters of Fortitude.

Alexandria Combs 

Alexandria is a healthcare catalyst passionate about defining strategies. Leveraging her experience in leadership and healthcare consulting, she consults on strategy, innovation, and clinical transformation. Alexandria earned her Masters of Science in Health Systems/Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree with honors from Georgia Tech with a certificate in Organizational Psychology. She was selected as a fellow in the California Health Leadership College and holds a LEAN performance improvement training certificate from BMGI and Joan Wellman Associates.

Sandra Cho

Sandra Cho

Sandra is an experienced and results driven sales professional with fifteen plus years of proven performance in competitive industries.

She is able to navigate across highly matrixed organizations and bridge disparate teams. She is a creative thinker, storyteller and problem solver who can collaborate with customers and internal resources to create solutions that solve real business problems.

Sharon Chandra

Sharon joined Webcor in 2017 and is currently part of the HR Business Partners Team. She has a Masters in Leadership in Organizational Studies and a Professional in Human Resources Certificate and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and Women of Webcor. Sharon has long been passionate about championing at-risk youth and developing DEI initiatives in schools and the workplace. She worked with Modesto Junior College’s EOP&S Bridge Program as a student tutor/mentor. She was voted “Best Student Worker” by the students – an honor made more special by her history as a student of the program before becoming a program tutor/mentor. 

Sharon looks forward to continuing her advocacy for young adults lacking the resources and support that others often take for granted by joining Fortitude’s Board of Directors and contributing to their mission to serve young adults pursuing a successful career in construction.

Chriselda Reyna

With over 20 years of experience working with Fortune 500 companies and AM Law 100 Firms, Chriselda has learned that success is the ability to solve problems and create strategic processes, which empowers her to strive for mutually rewarding relationships and partnerships. Her volunteer experience was serving as the Vice President for the Seattle Derby Brats for 3 years. Their mission is to create an environment for young females that empower them to be strong, healthy and confident through a supportive, inclusive community. She is a Seattleite, married with a daughter who enjoys hiking, kayaking and volunteering her time to help make a difference.

Marion Combs

Fortitude Careers has announced that Marion Combs, Founding Board Member, lost his battle with cancer in July 2022. He will be forever in our hearts and remembered for his passion for excellence and expertise in all areas of non-profit work. We carry on our work in his memory and strive to be everything he envisioned us to be.
