Fortitude announces a new Workshop to explore construction careers

Fortitude is pleased to announce the next workshop in our series - Exploring Construction Careers. This will be a three-day event held at a large commercial construction site. Participants will be taken on a “Job Walk” through the site with a Lunch and Learn session on Friday.

Saturday and Sunday Fortitude staff and volunteers will be conducting safety training and building with power tools.

This workshop is designed for young adults 18-24 to explore a career in construction, each attendee will have a chance to talk to professionals and ask questions about the industry.
